For every month you meet these goals, you’ll earn a savings credit worth 5-20% of your monthly rent. At the end of your 1-year lease, you can:
- Cash Out: Annually, most tenants earn between $1- 2,000 (up to $5,000 over three years).
- Reinvest: Any reinvested savings can be dollar-matched at the end of three successful 1-year leases for up to $10,000 towards an investment in homeownership, education, or starting a business!

Our Criteria
To ensure a successful partnership, we ask tenants to meet the following qualifications:
- Stable employment with 2+ years on the job (5+ preferred).
- Income of at least 2.5x the monthly rent.
- No evictions in the last five years or bankruptcies in the last two years.
- Commitment to participate in one impact assignment per month.
