The idea for Rentparations was born from the Britt siblings’ own experiences with unstable housing and irresponsible landlords in Cleveland. Josiah Britt and Charity Pruitt grew up witnessing firsthand the challenges tenants like their single mom face and the missed opportunity that responsible landlords don’t understand. They came together to create a solution: a tenant management program that transforms renting into an opportunity for financial empowerment.
